I am not saying that the customer was right but she was somethingelse. All I can say, IT WAS UGLY! They argued, manager came and at the end they gave her the box. I was checking the menu, all of a sudden a lady was arguing over a take out box with people at the cashier. Another story: One late night, I went to their whatever is open food section to get a sandwich. Am I wrong? Another thing, whenour machine goes 37 or won JP, oh, wait for someone to fix your machine or bring you money. I think thats is why they have been hired. Well, people around me started to say the same things and also how cold and rude the girls when we ask drink. Once I called by lighting my slot machine and told him that I am very thirsty and she still did not being me a water. The worst, as soon as I see one, I ask for water and wait for hour still no shows. Start with the waiters who brings you drink. On the other hand, their slot machines became a money eaters. But lately, especially their staffs are in lack of respect towords customers. It has been years, I go to Motor City casino and so far I had no complaint. Sorry to be so negative about this place but its true,visit for yourself and see. My opinion is MGM is the best of the 3 Detroit Casinos.They even lack the clean part at time. Hopefully they can get their act together and tiddy up a bit and this would be a 5 star hotel. Also have a couple nice bars in the casino. Now the Soundboard (Concert Venue) is very nice,great place to see a concert,comparible to a House of Blues. Casino is very cool, if they would just get some employees who care and would keep it clean. They don't care! Also the parking garage needs a good power washing,especially in the stairways. I did a test put a piece of paper up on the ledge by the mens bathroom urinal by the hotel entrance about a year ago and that same piece of paper is still there! Tell me how does it not get picked up or thrown away after 1 year. Just seems like the people that get paid to do a job don't do it or they don't know how to clean. Its not very clean either,by the pop machines your feet stick to the floor,the bathrooms are very rarely clean.

Most of the workers act like they are doing you a favor. I have been going to Motorcity Casino since it opened and the customer service there is horrible.
